Putnam Hospital Earns Outstanding Patient Experience Award
Putnam was one of only one of seven hospitals in New York to earn the 2016 Outstanding Patient Experience Award.

CARMEL, N.Y. – Putnam Hospital Center recently received the 2016 Outstanding Patient Experience Award from Healthgrades, representing the top 15 percent of hospitals in the nation to earn this distinction.
Putnam Hospital Center was one of 448 hospitals in the country and only one of seven in New York to receive this honor.

Healthgrades analyzed patient survey scores for admissions between April 2014 and March 2015 to determine the award recipients.
“This is a great honor and recognition from our patients for the quality care and service excellence that we provide on a day-to-day basis,” said Barbara Tufano, director of patient relations.
