Southeast Man Accused of Burglary in Patterson

State police allege he stole money.

John Martin Jr, 32, faces charges of Burglary 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.

On July 24, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to a Patterson residence to investigate the report of a residential burglary. After state police concluded an investigation they alleged that Martin, a Southeast resident, had entered the victim’s home and stolen US Currency.

Martin was arraigned before the Town of Southeast Justice Court Aug. 25 and sent to the Putnam County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He is scheduled to re-appear before the Town of Patterson Court on September 10, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
