Steering Colums Galore is great!

I just want to drop a note to anyone in need of steering column repair to know that Rick and the team at Steering Column Galore do a great job. Great Customer Service just like in the old days.

My steering column was reworked by them well over a year ago and when I got it back it went in smoothly with no adjustments needed as all the interlocks and switch controllers were set perfectly. The charges were very acceptable and I could not have been happier.

It was shortly after the warranty expired that a part in the column that was not part of the original contract broke. I called Rick, he said it was past warranty but if I paid the shipping they would take a look at it.

Within a week they had received it, repaired it and returned it to me. They had had fixed a broken shaft in it for Free! Yes...”free”! That repair entailed completely disassembling the entire column repairing it and reassembling it with all the adjustments necessary.

They do a fantastic job and I hope anyone who needs their expertise gives them a call.

I am very happy and satisfied that we still have operations like STGalore in the USA!
