Bicyclist Seriously Injured After Crashing into Jeep in Huntington
The crash occurred Thursday afternoon on Park Avenue.

A Huntington Station man was seriously injured after his bike collided with a jeep in Huntington on Thursday afternoon.
According to authorities, Paul McQueen, 54, was biking northbound on Park Avenue, north of Dix Hills Road, when he was struck by a 2000 Jeep after he turned into the vehicle’s path at 4:15 p.m.
McQueen was taken to Huntington Hospital where he was admitted in serious condition.

The driver of the Jeep, John Heyman, 75, of Huntington, was uninjured from the crash. The vehicle was impounded for safety checks.
Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are continuously investigating the crash.
