Cold Spring Harbor boys contribute to a successful FLG Lacrosse Season!

It was a great summer season for the FLG Select teams! The2021 Select team was lead by a strong group of Cold Spring Harbor boys who dominated on and off the field. Ben Bruno, Grant Laffey, Will Spehr and Nicholas Visconti were crucial to the 2021 Select team’s success. Ben, Grant and Will set the tone in the midfield while Nicholas kept his team in the games with his impressive defense. Director Corey Winkoff said of the boys “This group of young studs is so fun to watch play, they work really well together and we will be seeing big things from them to come. These guys remind me of the kids I grew up playing with in Cold Spring.” We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this group.

Try out Information:

Boys Nassau and Suffolk 3rd – 4th Grade
Team try-outs for Boys teams (2024-2025) will take place September 27th, from 2:00-4:00pm at Cedar Creek Park in Seaford. Please complete the on-line registration form on the FLG website www.flglacrosse.com

Girls Suffolk 3rd – 8th Grade
Team try-outs for all Girls Teams (2017 - 2019) will take place on September 20th at Comsewogue HS in Port Jefferson. Please complete the on-line registration form on the FLG website www.flglacrosse.com

Girls Nassau 3rd – 8th Grade
Team try-outs for all Girls Teams (2017 - 2019) will take place on September 27th at Cedar Creek Park in Seaford. Please complete the on-line registration form on the FLG website www.flglacrosse.com

HS Boys Nassau and Suffolk 9th – 11th Grade
Team try-outs for Boys 2016 and 2017 teams will take place on Tuesday, November 25th at the Hofstra Bubble. Try-outs are one day only so please complete the on-line registration form on the FLG website www.flglacrosse.com
