Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Continues Drive to Support United Veterans Beacon House
Linen Donations Are Being Collected for Veterans at 15 Office Locations

Affiliated sales associates and employees from all 15 offices of Coldwell Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. are continuing their linen drive to support United Veterans Beacon House.
Since the January 2016, the company has been collecting sets of linens as part of a “Hometown Heroes Linen Drive” with the goal of obtaining 700 new sheet sets, 700 new pillows, 700 new bath towels and 700 new comforters or blankets. Members of the community, neighbors, family and friends are invited to participate in this effort.
The company is collecting them for veterans and families who are residing in housing provided by United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH), an organization that provides transitional, safe housing for homeless veterans and their families at locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

“As real estate professionals, we are keepers of the American dream and veterans are the defenders of that dream, so what better way to support them than to help make their homes comfortable,” said Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. “It is an honor and privilege to be associated with the United Veterans Beacon House and to be able to help provide some comfort in their lives.”
Presently, the offices have collected 60% of the total goal. The public is invited to help with this drive and bring in donations to their local Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Babylon, Bellmore, Dix Hills, East Hills, Great Neck, Huntington, Manhasset, Massapequa Park, Mount Sinai, Northport, Port Washington, Ronkonkoma, Setauket, Smithtown or Syosset.
