Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Highest Performer in New York Metro Region
2016 REAL Trends Market Leaders Report Ranks Top Residential Real Estate Companies
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. ranked as a top residential real estate company for sales volume and transaction sides in the New York City metropolitan area in 2015, along with other residential brokerage firms owned by NRT LLC. The rankings were reported in the 2016 REAL Trends Market Leaders report, a portion of the REAL Trends 500.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., along with several NRT owned firms, together accounted for nearly $32 billion in closed sales volume and closed 30,698 transaction sides in 2015, placing the firms at No. 1 in the New York City metropolitan area, including Long Island.
