Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Ranks Among Best Real Estate Associates in New York
Several Sales Affiliates on 2016 REAL Trends America's Best List in New York
Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., is pleased to announce that several sales associates affiliated with the company have been named on the 2016 list of REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents in New York. The list ranks the most productive agents by state based on closed sales volume and closed transactions sides in 2015.

To be considered, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume for 2015, and sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume for 2015.

The Friedman Team, who affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in March 2016, would have been ranked as the No. 99 Top Sales Professional Team by Closed Sales Volume in New York state, with sales volume totaling $51,107,000 and 20 total transaction sides in 2015. The Friedman Team is comprised of Jason and Sarah “Rudi” Friedman, a mother-son team affiliated with the company’s Great Neck office.
