Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Ranks Among Best Real Estate Associates in New York State
Top Sales Associates and Sales Teams on Long Island Rank in REAL Trends America's Best List
Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y., is pleased to announce that several sales associates affiliated with the company have been named on the 2017 list of REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents in New York. The list ranks the most productive agents by state based on closed sales volume and closed transactions sides in 2016.

To be considered, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume for 2016, and sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume for 2016.
