Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. is pleased to announce that the following affiliated sales associates recently attended the Elite Retreat, a conference held at The Breakers Palm Beach in Florida for top-performing Coldwell Banker sales professionals in the Northeast and Eastern Seaboard regions: Sandy Rosen, Lainie Charmatz, Diane Polland, Nordeen Accardi, Eva Lee, Janet Pushee, and Dona Malter.

The real estate professionals were invited to attend the exclusive Elite Retreat because of their outstanding sales production in 2015. As part of the retreat, they enjoyed a luxurious stay at The Breakers with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The well-appointed resort offered participants many amenities including golf on two championship courses, tennis, water activities, world-class shopping and services at the spa and fitness center.

During the retreat, guests attended a welcome reception, a panel discussion that included Christophe Choo, an award-winning and top real estate professional affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Beverly Hills, as well as special meetings and a cocktail party and dinner with more than 200 top Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage affiliated sales associates and senior management leaders from across the Northeast and Eastern Seaboard regions.

Sandy Rosen, Lainie Charmatz and Diane Polland, all affiliates of the Great Neck office, were all recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Elite award, which was presented to sales associates who ranked in the top 2% of the nearly 85,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide in 2015. Companywide on Long Island and Queens, Rosen was ranked #1, Charmatz was ranked #3, and Polland was ranked #6 among sales associates in 2015.

Nordeen Accardi, an affiliate with the Huntington office who is team leader of The Accardi Team, was recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International Sterling Society Team award, which was presented to sales teams who ranked in the top 36% of all Coldwell Banker Teams in the U.S. and Canada in 2015. Nordeen’s sales team was also ranked as the #4 team in the company on Long Island and Queens.

Eva Lee, an affiliate of the Manhasset office, was recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Circle award, which was presented to sales associates who ranked in the top 6% of the nearly 85,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide in 2015.

Janet Pushee, an affiliate with the Northport office who is team leader for Team Pushee, was recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Circle Team award, which was presented to sales teams who ranked in the top 25% of all Coldwell Banker Teams in the U.S. and Canada in 2015. Janet’s sales team was also ranked as the #3 team in the company on Long Island and Queens.

An affiliate with the Syosset office, Dona Malter was recognized with the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Elite award, which was presented to sales associates who ranked in the top 2% of the nearly 85,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide in 2015.
