David Lerner Associates to Host 8th Annual Charity Car Show Sunday, July 23
Will feature live music, raffles and food with all proceeds benefitting the Nassau-Suffolk Chapter of the Autism Society of America

Syosset, NY (July 19, 2017) – David Lerner Associates, a privately held securities broker dealer
headquartered in Syosset, New York, has announced the 8th Annual David Lerner Associates Charity Car Show will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at David Lerner Associates headquarters, 477 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset, New York 11791. All proceeds from the event will be donated directly to the Nassau-Suffolk Chapter of the Autism Society of America to assist Long Island families affected by autism.
“This event is one of our many community initiatives that make us incredibly proud, as it does a great deal of
good for a cause that helps many people throughout Long Island,” said John Dempsey, president of David
Lerner Associates. “We are looking forward to this year’s event and expect a good turnout from the community.
It’s a lot of fun every year and we have our generous sponsors to thank for that.”
The show, which is held in conjunction with the Centurion Cruisers Car Club, will feature more than 100
restored, classic, custom and high-performance cars. The event will be open to the public, free of charge, from
9:00a.m to 3:00p.m.

Last year’s David Lerner Associates Annual Charity Car Show featured more than 130 cars and raised more
than $5,000 through raffle sales, food purchases, entry fees, and donations. David Lerner Associates then
matched that amount, which brought the amount contributed to the Autism Society of America to more than
$10,000. Since the annual event’s inception in 2010, David Lerner Associates has contributed more than
$30,000 to benefit the organization.
Along with the car show, the event will also offer musical performances by The Brooklyn Time Machine, and
food will be provided by local businesses, including Woodbury Country Deli.
