The North Shore just got a whole lot prettier! Bombshell Brows, Long Island’s premiere lash and brow bar is now open at 611 Jericho Turnpike in Syosset. The opening marks their second location in Long Island, Bellmore being the first in 2014.

With the brand’s expansion, the new Syoset location will offer the brand's signature services including eyebrow shaping, lash extensions, express facials and semi-permanent makeup. They are also excited to introduce two new offerings - a Blow Dry Bar and Custom Lip Bar.

When you walk into the 2,000 square-foot space you feel like your in a beauty playground adorned with modern finishes including black and white striped walls, pink accents, custom baroque style mirrors, crystal chandeliers, white lacquer stations, rhinestone chairs fit for a bombshell and a separate “mini-salon” for blow outs. Bombshell Brows also sells their own line of brow cosmetics, skincare and hair products.

Clients visiting the Blow Dry Bar can pick from a collection of looks such as “The Marilyn” (big sexy loose curls), “Show Stopper” (glamour’s waves) and more. The Custom Lip Bar allows clients to design their own lipstick and gloss shades and even name them! With countless custom shade combinations available, there is something for everyone. Owner and Founder, Valentina Zilberman says, “I’m really excited to bring Bombshell Brows to Syosset. We are the only place in Long Island offering express beauty services. Clients are in and out between 15 mins and an hour – perfect for the busy mom or working girl.”

Zilberman (who books three months in advance) has over 20 years in the beauty industry; and holds licenses in cosmetology, waxing and tattooing. As a makeup artist, she worked for brands including Sports Illustrated and Coca-Cola and was a long-time manger for MAC Cosmetics. Her dream was to create a salon and space that was feminine, fun, flirty and all about the face. She has trained her technicians to custom shape brows based on the client’s natural features; while trend brows are “a thing”, Bombshell Brows believes that beauty is determined individually and what’s “in” may not be best for everyone.

Zilberman, also nationally recognized for her work in semi-permanent 3d brows, she makes a difference in the lives of all of her clients, some suffering hair loss or even undergoing chemotherapy. “My semi-permanent 3d brow technique is really unique. I’m able to mimic the look of natural hair with semi-permanent makeup. I don’t use ink, so it’s safer and healthier for your skin. The fact that I’m able to help women feel confident and sexy is humbling. I believe a women with perfect brows, a fabulous blowout, long lashes and flawless skin – can take on the world”, says Zilberman.
