Help Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Support United Veterans Beacon House

Affiliated sales associates and employees from all 15 offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. are giving back to local veterans through volunteer efforts as part of the company’s Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares initiatives. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares is the company’s charitable arm.

As part of a “Hometown Heroes Linen Drive,” the company has been collecting sets of linens since the beginning of January 2016. Their mission is to obtain 700 new sheet sets, 700 new pillows, 700 new bath towels and 700 new comforters or blankets by July 4, 2016. Members of the community, neighbors, family and friends are invited to participate in this effort.

The company is collecting them for veterans and families who are residing in housing provided by United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH), an organization that provides transitional, safe housing for homeless veterans and their families at locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Presently, the offices have collected approximately 22% of the total goal.
