Mardi Gras Chefs Night Thrills Businesses

Syosset businesses dug into local fare under Mardi Gras lights Monday at The Fox Hollow.

Syosset Chamber of Commerce's annual Chefs Night drew hundreds to celebrate local business and enjoy top neighborhood dishes.

Chefs Night was originally scheduled for November but out of respect for those dealing with Hurricane Sandy's aftermath, it was postponed.

Syosset restaurants cater the event and show the best of what they prepare. Businesses have said they which in turn gives them the chance to show off their best work.
