Nassau Police Report: Week of August 4

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of August 4 to August 11.

Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Syosset area of the past week reported by police:

• August 3: Anubha Goel, 35, of Plainview was arrested for shoplifting from Kohl's on Jericho Turnpike in Jericho.
• August 4: A man reported that someone threw a rock through his window at Southpoint Apartments on Weaver Drive in Massapequa causing damage.
• August 6: A man reported that someone smashed his windshield and ripped off the wiper blades from his car on Henry Street in South Farmingdale.
• August 7: A man reported that someone damaged his car at Synergy Fitness Center on Gordon Drive in Syosset.
• August 7: A man reported that someone keyed his car at the Fit Club Pro Gym on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
• August 8: A man reported that someone tried to enter his car while it was parked on Manhattan Avenue in Massapequa Park.
