• Flock Camera Removed In Syosset, 2 Men Charged: PD (patch.com) — Syosset residents are learning more about a recent incident where two men allegedly removed a Flock license plate reader camera and its pole near Richmond Street and Willis Avenue before driving off. Police later tracked the suspects to West Babylon, arrested them, and announced multiple felony charges, with arraignment scheduled in Hempstead.
   

• EPIC Long Island expands to Bethpage, grows its Walls initiative (longislandpress.com) — EPIC Long Island has opened a new Bethpage facility to expand its Program Without Walls, which offers community-based skill-building for adults with developmental disabilities. The initiative partners with Syosset-based Smile Farms, where participants gain hands-on farming experience, contribute food for events, and often see major boosts in confidence and independence through their work.
