Police: Farmingdale Men Arrested on Drug Charges

Michael McDaniel and Kyle Radtke are arrested late Monday night, police say.

Two Farmingdale men were arrested late Monday night on drug charges, Nassau police said.

According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations officers were conducting a drug investigation on Grant Street when they observed Michael McDaniel, 20, enter a gray Jeep driven by Kyle Radtke, 20.

The officers observed the Jeep drive around the block and return to the original location where McDaniel exited the vehicle, police said.

McDaniel was stopped and found to be in possession of a clear bag that contained marijuana, police said. As Radtke drove from the location he was stopped for a traffic investigation and he was found to be in possession of four ecstasy pills, police said.

Radtke is charged with fourth degree criminal sale of marijuana and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He will appear in First District Court in Hempstead on Aug. 25.

McDaniel is charged with fifth degree criminal sale of marijuana and fifth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He will be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court.
