Police: Man Robbed Hicksville Department Store, Threatened to Use Gun

Crime Stoppers are looking to identify the man who robbed a Hicksville department store and threatened to shoot someone before fleeing the scene with more than a thousand dollars worth of merchandise in late October, police said.
According to authorities, the man stole $1,267 worth of merchandise from Macy’s, located at 100 Broadway Mall, on Oct. 28 at 8:35 p.m.
As he was leaving the store, police said the man pulled up his jacket and reached toward his waistband while saying, “I suggest you go inside before I shoot you.” Police did not say who the threat was directed towards.

The man then fled the store on foot with the merchandise.
