Police: Man Stole $3K in Designer Jackets From Walt Whitman Department Store

Police are looking to identify the man who stole two designer jackets worth approximately $2,975 from a Huntington Station department store in October.

According to authorities, the man entered Saks Fifth Avenue, located in the Walt Whitman Mall, and stole a women’s Moncler jacket and a men’s Moncler jacket at 10:30 a.m.

The man, who is wanted for grand larceny, fled the scene with the items in a red Nissan.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
