Stevens Appointed Branch Office Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Bellmore and Merrick Offices

Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, New York is pleased to announce that Cheryl Stevens has been appointed branch office manager of the Bellmore and Merrick regional offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Stevens presently manages the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Massapequa Park regional office and will continue in that capacity.

Rittenberg is also pleased to announce that Helena Born has been appointed assistant manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Bellmore, Merrick and Massapequa Park. Together, Stevens and Born will drive the success of 65 affiliated sales associates while managing the day-to-day operations of all three sales offices.

Born has been a licensed associate broker for the last 12 years in the Manhasset area and has achieved considerable recognition during her tenure. Previously, she served as the vice president of rewards development for a world-wide financial services corporation earning distinction in the industry.
