Syosset Business Receives Award From Microsoft

Syosset IT business CHIPS Technology Group LLC was named the East Region SMB VAR (server message block, value-added retailer) Cloud Computing Partner of the Year. The award was presented at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Washington on July 13.

This award recognizes partners who have demonstrated a commitment to the Cloud using Microsoft technology. Cloud technology involves shared resources being provided to computers and other devices on demand.

CHIPS has successfully moved approximately half of its current client base to some form of Cloud offering. 

This isn't the first honor for CHIPS this year. The company  was named in the "Top 100" list of Managed Services Providers by the blog MSPmentor.  CHIPS was also ranked #32 among the nation's fastest-growing private companies by the national magazine for small businesses, INC.
