Tell Us: Americana Changes

516 Americana Restaurant announced they would be changing courses and revamping the eatery into a tapas restaurant.

"We have however, succeeded in learning (by listening and observing) what our community wants, and have ceded control to a successful operator [Toast & Company in Huntington], that has allowed us to keep much of our concept intact, while enhancing it with theirs. The result will be TOAST & TAPAS."
