Variety Child Learning Center to Honor First Long Island Investors, LLC at its Annual Luncheon

In recognition of its longstanding commitment to furthering its mission to promote the development, education and inclusion of children who need specialized services, Variety Child Learning Center (Variety) is pleased to announce that First Long Island Investors, LLC will be this year’s honoree at Variety’s Annual Luncheon, Touching Hearts, Changing Lives Together. The event will take place on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. We invite community members, supporters, and partners to join us in celebrating this important occasion that highlights our shared dedication to children's education and inclusion.

Ralph F. Palleschi was a member of the Variety Board of Trustees for over 34 years, including many years as Chair and Vice Chair of the Board, concluding his service last year. Therese C. About Variety Child Learning Center
Variety Child Learning Center (Variety) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that fosters the development, education and inclusion of children who require specialized services. Variety offers programs at four Long Island preschool-based locations, as well as in the home and community. Chartered by the New York State Board of Regents, and regulated by the State Education Department, the Department of Health, and the Office of Children and Family Services, Variety provides a comprehensive range of programs and services that meet the individual educational, therapeutic and social-emotional needs of children with and without disabilities. Programs include early intervention, and preschool and universal pre-K, with evaluations offered for supportive services/ therapies, childcare, and family support. All aspects of a child’s development—from six weeks through eight years of age—are addressed.
