A Queens woman was arrested on Monday after Nassau police say she stole another woman's credit card and used them to make purchases.

According to police, a 56-year-old woman left a purse in the locker room of Lifetime Fitness, located at 350 Robins Lane in Syosset, around 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 28. When the woman got home, she realized she had forgotten her purse and returned to the gym to get it. When she found her purse, she realized that her credit card, watch and bracelet were missing. Police say that two fraudulent charges were later made to the woman's credit card at the Roosevelt Field Mall.

After an extensive investigation, police arrested Elizabeth Yadgarova, 21, of 117th Street, Richmond Hill, on Feb. 27. Police say she had the woman's watch and bracelet on her at the time of her arrest.
