At Long Last, LICKS Ice Cream Parlor to Open at Hudson Harbor
Lighthouse Ice Cream Kompanies (LICKS) will dish out homemade ice cream using farm-fresh milk and serve coffee, fresh baked pastries, croissants and bagels to city-bound commuters and park goers.
The long wait is almost over.
Lighthouse Ice Cream Kompanies, an ice cream /coffee takeout shop at Hudson Harbor in Tarrytown has completed construction and plans to open as soon as all permits have been received—probably in just a few days.
The opening could take place even before the name sign goes up. A large banner proclaiming the coming of the ice cream parlor was recently removed.
