Connecticut Man, 32, Arrested on DWI Charge in Tarrytown
State Police said the man refused to take a breath test.

A Danbury man was arrested Monday after being stopped for a traffic violation.
The New York State Police said Fredy M. Chogllo, 32, was driving on I-87 in Tarrytown when he was pulled over.

He appeared to be intoxicated and was driving without a license, police said.
Chogllo was taken to state police headquarters in Tarrytown, where he refused to submit to breath test.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and unlicensed operation, a violation.
Chogllo was released on appearance tickets. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 10.
