Goosefeather To Reopen After Being Closed Part Of Summer
All people dining inside the restaurant will be required to be fully vaccinated.

TARRYTOWN, NY — Goosefeather, the restaurant helmed by Chef Dale Talde, will be reopening in August.
The restaurant will be open Thursday and will be accepting limited reservations.
According to a spokeswoman, they are still in the process of staffing the restaurant, having been closed for the summer. As staffing increases, so will the availability of reservations.

Due to the current state of the coronavirus and the delta variant, Goosefeather will require all guests to provide proof of full vaccination prior to dining indoors.
If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination status, outdoor dining will be permitted contingent on availability. The restaurant asks that if you are not feeling well, stay home.

Masks will still be required for all guests when not seated at their table.
The entire Goosefeather staff is fully vaccinated, a spokeswoman said.
There will be a service bar on this front lawn where guests may relax and choose from an assortment of punches, canned cocktails, new world bottles of wine, canned local beers and more. There will also be a DJ on certain nights of the week; check social media for more information.
Talde said, menu-wise, there will be some new dishes to try and the wine list has been expanded to feature old and new world wines.
Goosefeather, with a menu featuring seasonal modern Chinese food, opened in September 2019.
Talde competed two times on Bravo's "Top Chef." He also competed on "Chopped," "Iron Chef America" and "Beat Bobby Flay."
