Jane Bryant Quinn, One of America's Top Financial Writers, to Speak at Warner Library

Quinn will introduce her latest work, a new edition of "How to Make Your Money Last: The Indispensable Retirement Guide."

Jane Bryant Quinn, widely known for her writing about personal finance, will introduce her latest work at the Warner Library in Tarrytown on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at 2 p.m.

The 384-page new edition of “How to Make Your Money Last: The Indispensable Retirement Guide,” was published on January 5, 2016 by Simon & Schuster.

Quinn’s book covers ways to capitalize on retirement savings, how to stretch money out over additional years, pension options, home equity/reverse mortgage considerations, and other related subjects.

Her syndicated financial advice column appears in more than 250 newspapers and she writes a column for the AARP Monthly Bulletin. She wrote a biweekly column for Newsweek magazine for 30 years, a biweekly column for Bloomberg.com, and long-running monthly columns for Woman’s Day and Good Housekeeping magazines.

Quinn worked 10 years for CBS News, starting on “CBS Morning News,” appearing twice weekly, and later on “The Evening News with Dan Rather.” She was a co-founder with her husband Carll Tucker of Daily Voice, a digital news organization serving communities in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
