Job Seekers Have Opportunities to Network, Improve Interview Skills
Two programs have been scheduled to help people who are out of work.
GREENBURGH, NY — Getting a job is the subject of two upcoming meetings in the Town of Greenburgh.
According to an email from Supervisor Paul Feiner, a forum called “Interview Pitch: Techniques That Win” will be presented from 10:30 a.m. to noon Thursday, Jan. 26 at the Greenburgh Public Library, 300 Tarrytown Rd.
The speaker will be Lew Tischler, who has been an advisor to business owners for more than 30 years.

The presentation is designed to help job seekers win their interviews.

Also, the first official Westchester Young Professional networking event will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at the Greenburgh Public Library.
The event will feature professionals of all experience levels, Feiner said, however, it will be geared toward recent college graduates and young professional looking to grow their professional network.
Career Coach Diana DeCubellis will be opening the event to deliver some tips and advice to help with your job search.
The event is free and open to the public and will include a raffle.
