Open House with HVWC Teachers for Prospective Students

Hudson Valley Writers Center, located in Philipse Manor RR Station, will host a FREE open house showcasing its classes

Interested in taking a creative writing class? Do you want to know more about HVWC, the teachers, the other students, and the program before you enroll? Have you always wanted to write a memoir, novel, or poetry collection? Do you have a manuscript that you need help editing and publishing?

Come to the Hudson Valley Writers Center's open house and meet the Program Director, teachers, and some current students. Get all your questions answered and discover this amazing community of award winning writers & poets of which you can be a part.

Instructors in attendance will include Kathleen Ossip (Monday Night Poetry Workshop), Susan Hodara (memoir), Kirsten Bakis (fiction manuscript), Suzanne Cleary (Monday Night Poetry Workshop), Michael Collins (seminar on American Poetry Emerson-Plath), Peter Andrews (Productivity Clinic), Michael Balter (The Art of the Interview), Bill Buschel (Great Speakers Are Made, Not Born), Joanne Dobson (Page-Turning Fiction), Bill Bigelow (Writing for the Stage and Screen) Jennifer Franklin (poetry manuscript workshop), and others.
