Snow Emergency Lifted in Sleepy Hollow

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — Village officials lifted the snow emergency for Sleepy Hollow Friday.

People are advised to park vehicles according to the signage in one’s area.

Also, assistance is requested in clearing near and around any fire hydrant that may be hear one’s home.

The impetus to get as much snow as possible cleared away today is spurred by the forecast for the next couple of days.

Snow showers in the late afternoon Friday and a possible snow storm for Sunday is reason enough.
