E-Waste Recycling Day
All are welcome to bring their old electronics for proper disposal.

Given the speed with which technology changes nowadays, we all have tons of old electronics cluttering our houses and are unsure of how to dispose of them. On Saturday, April 9, anytime from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., stop by Emma Clark Library’s parking lot with your used computers, cell phones, printers, televisions (only one non-flat panel TV or CRT per car allowed), keyboards, cables, wires, circuit boards, CD-ROMs, or stereos for safe disposal through Electronic Recycling and Disposal.
There is no need to register and all are welcome (not just local residents).
Please note that there is a $2 fee for CRT TVs or old canister TVs. The following items will NOT be accepted: large appliances, microwave ovens, power tools, lawn mowers, fluorescent bulbs, and vacuum cleaners.
