A special meal will be prepared to accompany our guests from the East African Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children as they speak with you about creating opportunities in Kenya for individuals to live better, more fulfilled, healthy and productive lives.
You will have the opportunity to purchase unique holiday gifts – student sponsorships, handmade sewing items from Takaungu Sewing Cooperative, and photography by our special guest, People magazine’s Brenna Britton who documented the work of the EAC in 2006.
