Smoothie Cafe Goes Dark [Empty in Three Village]

Following in January, Cuzzin's Smoothie Cafe has also closed its doors in Setauket.

The storefront at 736 Route 25A, which was home to Melville Grill before Cuzzin's opened up at that location in January of 2011, has historically high turnover. Although its "hours of operation" sign remains on the door, the phone number has been disconnected.

The smoothie cafe remains open at its Mount Sinai location at family entertainment center Inline 1. The management could not be reached for comment.
