UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is searching for a man accused of shooting and killing a bodega employee during a robbery on the Upper East Side Friday night, according to FOX5.

The gunman shot the 67-year-old employee in the head at Daona Deli on East 81st Street and Third Avenue around 11:30 p.m. after demanding money from him, FOX5 reported.

The suspect fled the scene on an electric scooter and is still at large, police said, according to the outlet.
