'America's Next Top Model' Has Taken Over an Upper West Side Townhouse: Report

Aspiring models have annoyed Upper West Side residents after moving into a townhouse on West 83rd Street.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The Upper West Side has seen a sudden influx of beautiful, yet extremely annoying neighbors.

Contestants from "America's Next Top Model," have moved into a snazzy townhouse on West 83rd Street between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West, reported the West Side Rag. And they have not endeared themselves to their new neighbors.

The not-yet supermodels have been throwing loud parties at their new pad, prompting area residents to threaten to call the cops, the West Side Rag reported. The reality show contestants reportedly partied both nights last weekend, bringing a loud nuisance to a quiet block, according to the West Side Rag.

“People starting yelling, ‘Shut up!’ ‘Go to sleep!’ ‘Cut it out or I’m calling the cops,’" neighborhood resident Dianna Lo told the West Side Rag.

Jonathan Stuart, who owns the townhouses next to the model-occupied home, told the West Side Rag that he rented the space to the show and apparently lectured them that "this is a residential community and we don’t give a f*** about your television show.”
