Momofuku Noodle Bar To Open In Columbus Circle Mall
Chef David Chang's Momofuku Noodle Bar will open in a 4,000-square-foot space in the Shops at Columbus Circle in mid 2018.

COLUMBUS CIRCLE, NY — Renowned chef David Change will open his next location of Momofuku Noodle Bar in Columbus Circle's Time Warner Center, the shopping and dining destination announced this week.
The Columbus Circle outpost of Momofuku Noodle Bar will serve up the noodles and buns that made it a worldwide hit as well as a rotating seasonal menu created by Executive Chef Tony Kim, according to a press release. The restaurant will be Momofuku's second location in New York City and will occupy a 4,000-square-foot space in the Shops as Columbus Circle's third floor, according to a press release.
"David Chang and Momofuku are known for their culinary innovation and Noodle Bar will bring a great energy and experience to the center around the clock," Kenneth A. Himmel, president of Related Companies, said in a statement.

"I remember when the Time Warner Center opened in 2004," Chang said in a statement. "There wasn’t anything like it in New York – one building holding some of the best culinary talent in the world. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be able to be a part of the collection down the road. It’s an opportunity to provide a place where people can eat delicious food at an affordable price for those who both live and work in the surrounding area."
