UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The bike, jacket and camera of street style legend and fashion columnist Bill Cunningham have been donated for display to the Upper West Side's New York Historical Society, the New York Times first reported.

Cunningham's prized possessions were donated by Cunningham's friend Louise Doktor and his assistant at the New York Times John Kurdewan, the Times reported. The iconic items are set to display in spring as part of the historical society's permanent collection, according to the report.

The historical society confirmed the donation Friday on its Facebook page.
