UWS Spring Happenings: Central Park Unveils Cherry Blossom Tracker
A new interactive cherry blossom map lets you track when the flowers will peak this spring. Here's what to know.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It might feel a little early to be talking about the spring season, but the Central Park Conservancy wants Upper West Siders and the rest of the city to be prepared for one of the park's most beloved attributes — the cherry blossoms.
The nonprofit that oversees the famous Manhattan green space just released a new interactive Cherry Blossom Tracker Map to help people follow along with when and where the flowers will peak in Central Park.
With the warmer than typical winter, the cherry blossoms are blooming "much earlier than usual," according to the Central Park Conservancy.
