Stop by our beautiful chapter garden in South Nassau to build community and look after Long Island's native plants and pollinators. We generally meet every Saturday from 9-11 AM until the season ends.
A few of our activities include:
<ul><li>Planting native species and collecting seeds </li><li>Growing/harvesting vegetables </li><li>Maintenance activities: pruning, weeding, watering </li><li>Learning about sustainability and local initiatives</li></ul>
Our priority is to have fun, get outside, and care for our environment—so come join us!
Please note: Volunteers with over 10 recorded hours will receive a 20% discount at our Spring and Fall Plant Sales. Please register for volunteer opportunities using the button below to help ensure these hours are recorded.
