Local tee shirt company Bronx Pastime Apparel is working to raise money for Yankee pitcher David Robertson’s charity, High Socks for Hope. BXP’s owners and the Robertsons have been working together to design a new tee shirt to raise money for Alabama tornado victims. The shirt is now available for purchase online at www.bxpapparel.com with all profits donated to High Socks for Hope.

High Socks for Hope--named for Robertson’s signature “old-school” look on the mound--was formed by David Robertson, a Tuscaloosa native, and his wife Erin. Their foundation is vital to rebuilding the area, which was ravaged by tornadoes on April 27, 2011. The foundation also accepts tax deductible donations at www.highsocksforhope.com.
Bronx Pastime Apparel, formed in 2012 by lifelong Yankee fans Chris Scala, Andrew Cennamo, and Sergio DeCiantis, offers the latest in fan-made Bronx Bomber themed tee shirts available for purchase online.
