McDonough, Venditto Speak to Wantagh Students
Assemblyman and Senator give government lesson to Forest Lake students.
New York State Assemblyman Dave McDonough and New York State Sen. Michael Venditto spoke to Forest Lake fifth-grade students in the Wantagh School District about government.
The presentation reinforced information from the students’ comprehensive fifth-grade government unit. Both New York State representatives described their jobs and explained how government works on the state level. They also took time to answer questions and sign autographs.
