Congressman Adriano Espaillat will discuss, among other things, immigration and citizenship policy.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — Congressman Adriano Espaillat will hold an "immigrant day of action" this weekend to inform the Washington Heights community on the federal governments latest decisions on immigration and citizenship policy, Espaillat's staff announced Tuesday.
The day of action, which will be open to the public, will be held Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at Columbia University Medical Center's Russ Berrie Pavillion. The hospital is located on 1150 St. Nicholas Ave. near West 167th Street.
"Rep. Espaillat will provide a legislative update on comprehensive immigration reform. Service providers will also be in attendance to assist with the application process and fee waivers for legal permanent residents who qualify to apply for U.S. Citizenship. Individuals who qualify to apply for citizenship or have questions about the process should attend this event," read a press release from Espaillat's office.
