New Washington Heights Apartment Complex Begins Construction, Developer Unveils Rendering
The modern apartment complex will contain 47 rental units and is expected to be completed by 2017.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — An apartment building that will contain 47 rental units at 665 W 187th St. is now under construction, Buzz Buzz Home reported.
The apartment complex, named HAP Four, is being developed by HAP Investment Developers and is expected to be completed in 2017, Buzz Buzz Home reports.

Hap Investment Developers also released a new rendering of what the apartment building will look like when completed. Check it out here.
The building will occupy 74,343 square feet and will rise eight stories high. The architect for the project is the award winning designer, Karim Rashid, according to HAP Investment Developers' website.
