While dining, guests can watch bakers shape and bake loaves in the open kitchen, according to Delmonico’s Hospitality Group, which owns the restaurant.
“We built Boogie to be a neighborhood restaurant first,” Dennis Turcinovic, owner and executive culinary partner of Delmonico’s Hospitality Group, said.

“Our job is to give this neighborhood a place they want to come back to, with good bread and a team that gets to know them.”
Boogie is the U.S. restaurant debut of Boogie Lab, a European sourdough brand. The company says its patented fermentation process makes sourdough in about three to four hours without commercial yeast or additives.
The restaurant is part of the group’s broader expansion of the Boogie brand in the United States.
The company plans to open a production plant in New Jersey this fall to supply bread for its wholesale business, while the Washington Heights location will continue baking on site.
Boogie Bakery is open daily from 6:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
