• Waterville Community Center Back As Option (watervilletimes.com) — Waterville officials are reshuffling $1.8 million in NY Forward grant money after one major downtown project withdrew, putting the Community Center and Big Creek overlook back in play. Village leaders are asking the state to boost the Small Project Fund so more local businesses can benefit, while two other large projects still haven't signed state contracts.
