• Black Hawk Helicopter, 'Powerful Tribute Of Sacrifice,' Installed At LI's Lt. Michael Murphy SEAL Museum (patch.com) — A restored Black Hawk helicopter has been installed as a new centerpiece at the Lt. Michael Murphy Navy SEAL Museum on West Avenue in West Sayville, honoring the courage and sacrifice of U.S. service members. Brookhaven Town officials hailed the aircraft as a powerful tribute and donated $5,000 to support the museum’s exhibits and educational programs, which are open to visitors six days a week.
