The Shed Restaurant - West Sayville
The Shed Restaurant is looking to expand it's amazing management team with passionate hospitality professionals!&nbsp;
We are searching for the most dedicated and positive leaders out there, who want to take great care of both their guests and their team.&nbsp;
Our salaried managers:&nbsp;work 5 days per week amongst a team of managers and supervisors, out on the floor side by side with our dedicated FOH Team.
It is important to us that you are excited &amp; positive! Dedication and hard work are quickly rewarded in our fast growing concept.

<ul><li>Have 1-2 years experience in a restaurant management position</li><li>Have natural leadership skills and a genuine care for others</li><li>Can maintain a positive vibe when in the restaurant</li><li>Are able to grow and maintain a healthy, happy and motivated FOH team</li><li>Are self-disciplined and a great multi-tasker</li><li>Have a keen eye for detail in every area of the restaurant (FOH &amp; BOH)</li><li>Understand and are comfortable with POS and computer systems</li><li>Are humble and willing to learn</li><li>Are able to work at all of our NY locations</li></ul>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities of our Leaders:
<ul><li>Establish GENUINE guest relations, ensure guest satisfaction and lead your teams by example</li><li>Care for our team as a family</li><li>Identify and develop future leaders</li><li>Respond to any possible guest issue (though rare) in a genuine and timely manner to ensure all guests leave happy.</li><li>Manage and fully understand the backend of our POS system (TOAST) with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with help of IT phone support (involves both stationary &amp; handheld units). We provide training but a comfort level with technology is required.</li><li>Ensure the profitability of The Shed restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing exceptional service.</li><li>Ensure that all daily/weekly restaurant administrative work is completed accurately and on a timely basis.</li></ul>
