Beaches Open For the Season in Westhampton Beach
Rogers and Lashley Beaches officially open on Saturday.
Grab the beach blanket, shovels and pails, the has announced that its two beaches, and will officially open for the season on Saturday at 10 a.m.
And while the water still has some warming up to do, aolweather predicts that Saturday and Sunday will bring mostly sunny skies and a high temperature of 72 degrees.
According to the village clerk's office, residents and non-residents who have not yet purchased or received their 2012 beach permits can obtain them on Saturday at Rogers Beach only.
