Driver Had BAC More Than 2X Legal Limit: Cops
He was pulled over for a traffic infraction, police say.

RIVERSIDE, NY — A North Carolina man was charged with driving while intoxicated in Riverside, police said.
According to New York State Police, Julio Aldana-Mendez, 43, of North Charleston, was arrested on Jan. 19 at 3:10 a.m. after he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on Flanders Rd.
Upon further investigation, Aldana-Mendez was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .17%, more than twice the legal limit of .08%, police said.

Aldana-Mendez was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated and is due back in Southampton Justice Court on Jan. 30, police said.
